How do I find what I'm looking for?

 

To find the product you are looking for; use the menu system to the left of the screen. When you select a category, the scales will show up in the main window, you can then filter by choices or choose a sub-category if available.

In order to search for a particular product type e.g. Find products of the type – 'Counting Scale' or model number 'CPW', simply use the search engine located on the top right of each page. In the blank box provided type in the name or the type of product you are trying to locate e.g. ‘Counting Scale’ - the search engine will bring up that particular product.

The advanced search allows your search to be more specific by selecting scale attributes such as Capacity and Readability

 


How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

 

To add a product to your basket, simply fill in the quantity required, click the "ADD" button located to the left of the correct scale you want to buy. This will automatically add the product to your basket.

 


How can I see what's in my shopping cart?

 

You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the "My basket" link located at the top right-hand of the page. If you have a product in your basket, the products will be displayed here.

 


How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

 

If you have added a product to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it - simply access your basket and Click the symbol to the left of the Product you wish to remove. This will automatically delete this product from your basket.

 


How can I pay for my order?

 

Scales.ie accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser card. All prices are displayed in Euro and are exclusive of VAT. Purchases made by customers outside the Irish republic will be charged to their card in Euro, and converted to their national currency on their credit card in the usual way.

 


How do I change a delivery time/address?

 

You can change any of this only on orders that have not been dispatched - once an order has been dispatched it must be returned if you no longer want it. However, you can change the delivery address on any item that has not been dispatched by either emailing us at or phoning us directly on +353 (0)1 4505050. Please quote your order number or your email address sales@scales.ie

 


How do I change or cancel an order?

 

You can change or cancel an order either by email or over the phone. To change or cancel an order by email- simply email scales.ie  at sales@scales.ie quoting your Order Reference Number and that order will be cancelled. Only orders that have not been dispatched can be changed or cancelled. Alternatively you can ring us directly on +353 (0)1 4505050 and we will cancel the order for you.
